A 4-1 win at Brighton this afternoon has sealed the Premier League title for Manchester City for a second successive season.
Manchester City needed a win in their last game of the season to capture their fourth title in eight years finishing one point clear at the top after closest rivals Liverpool beat Wolves 2-0.
City fell behind to a Glen Murray header from a corner, which temporarily put their rivals in pole position but goals from Aguero, Laporte, Mahrez and Gundogan sealed the win and the title
