Everybody @ Alderley Park officially launched on the 31st of October. The state of the art facility held a VIP launch event with special guest Megan Giglia MBE. The complex ran by Everybody Sport and Recreation is home to the impressive Les Mills The Trip, an immersive group cycling experience that is truly out of this world.
The event showcased the top of the range TechnoGym equipment, with Master Trainer Cassie Ayala delivering classes on the fantastic Omnia rig, perfect for group sessions or solo training.
The new addition to Alderley Park is also home to specialised stretching equipment Five Concept from Reach Wellness, perfect for stretching, mobilisation, flexibility and much more. Jack Schofield and Daisy Pickles, tri-athletes and members of Everybody’s Talented Athlete Support Scheme commented on the necessity of equipment like Five and how vital it is for people to incorporate it into to their workouts.
The new SensoPro from Reach Wellness is also available at Everybody @ Alderley Park, only the second of its kind in the country, the various training videos, divided into different categories, guarantee high-quality training and help you to reach your personal goals. Effective and time-efficient, the equipment is perfect for health, fitness and performance.
The complex also offers 5 a side football, impressive tennis courts, a sports hall that will be filled with activities such as netball, football and badminton. A full 11 a side football pitch and cricket pitches will also be available soon!
As well as delivering high quality class programming, including Les Mills Bodypump, BodyCombat and Yoga/Pilates, the personal trainers at Alderley Park are highly skilled and ready to help you achieve all your fitness goals.
