Bella Italia is re-opening its doors at Salford Quays – inviting guests to dine and experience the joy of the Italian table once again, from Monday 7th September.

The restaurant will be welcoming guests back with a range of summer dishes inspired by classic Italian favourites, alongside some new dishes and flavours, including a daily set menu, bottomless pizza (£10pp), a bottomless Prosecco Pizza Brunch (£25pp) and Signorina’s Night Out – 2 starters and 4 cocktails (£25pp).

The Bella Italia Set Menu, priced £12.99 for two courses, includes starters such as Gamberi – King prawns baked in a garlic and chilli butter; Calamari; and a selection of hand-stretched flatbreads.

For mains, choose from a range of pasta dishes and pizzas including Cacio E Pepe, featuring Gramigna pasta with chicken and pancetta in a pecorino cheese; traditional creamy carbonara with fresh tagliatelle and crispy pancetta; and Gamberoni Picante – spaghetti with tail-on king prawns, baby plum tomatoes, chilli, garlic and a white wine sauce; and Pepperoni Piccante – a spicy Italian pepperoni pizza with fresh chilli and mozzarella on a tomato base.

Indulgent desserts include a freshly oven-baked warm chocolate chip cookie dough filled with a melting chocolate middle, available as a vegan option; and Bella’s favourite Tiramisu.

Bella Italia Salford Quays is reopening under the ownership of a new company called The Big Table, following its successful acquisition of the Bella Italia, Café Rouge and Las Iguanas brands. The move, which was backed by Epiris, preserved more than 4,000 jobs across the UK and over 150 restaurants.

“Bella Italia has been bringing its joy and generosity to towns and cities across the UK for over 30 years. We’re delighted to be reopening our doors once again in Salford Quays and welcoming back our guests – whether dining out with the family or looking for a night out with friends.

Whilst we promise the Bella Italia experience will be that which our guests know and love, we are very excited to be launching some fantastic new dishes and flavours. We are also taking extensive precautions and have introduced new measures in line with government guidelines to ensure that we keep our amazing team and guests safe.”
