Learn to shake up some boozed infused festive cocktails at Dirty Martini this year. They are offering a masterclass which will teach you how to put together some special Christmas beverages that will go down a treat at family gatherings.

The drinks that you could learn to make are featured on the Peter Street cocktails bar’s Christmas menu. Not only will you be taught the skills needed to by your own personal bartender there are festive snacks on offer to soak up the alcohol.

The Christmas Menu itself features five cocktails inspired by Christmas. The Bellringer is a festive favourite that combines Amaretto, cranberry juice, blood orange syrup, and Prosecco. The Mince Chai is a combination of Bold London Spirit shaken with Bitter Truth Pimento, gingerbread syrup and pressed apple juice.

Dirty Martini’s menu also includes the Christmas Cheer which is made up of Bols Genever and Tanqueray Gin shaken with Cherry Heering Liqueur, homemade raspberry syrup, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, pomegranate juice and orange bitters. The fourth cocktail on the Christmas menu is the Quince & Walnut Old Fashioned with Jim Beam Bourbon stirred with Manzanilla Sherry, Mandarin Napoleon liqueur, quince jelly and muddles walnuts.

If you take up the masterclass course you will learn to make the Dirty Grinch  a combination of Havana 3yr Rum shaken with Briottet Crème de Cacao, Crème de Menthe, Butterscotch Schnapps, double cream, dark chocolate and mint.

The masterclass costs £30 per person and includes the chance to learn the recipe and mixing of two of the festive drinks. It also includes a Christmas Bellini.
