Just a short walk from Manchester city centre and Selfridges, CS is the perfect dinner spot for a treat-yourself meal after a day of activities, or a date night dinner, with romantic interiors, plush sofas, floor to ceiling windows and cherry blossom trees.
The menu champions British cuisine mixed with Italian and French influences, plus a bar for drinks and cocktails. Highlights from the menu include Pan-fried seabass fillet, served with herb crushed new potatoes, charred tenderstem broccoli & sauce vierge, Braised short rib bourguignon, slow cooked in a red wine, baby onion, mushroom and pancetta sauce, served with buttered mash and seasonal veg, and mushroom risotto with toasted pine nuts and parmesan, as well as gourmet burgers and steak from the Grill.
Embankment Kitchen is open from Tuesday to Saturday, 4pm – 10pm, with food served from 5pm.
