It is time to give your taste buds a treat with All Star Lanes deliciously dirty ‘can’t believe it’s vegan’ vegan menu. Do not expect a Portobello mushroom or even a hint of tofu on this limited edition menu.
Gone are the days when vegans were an afterthought, and hello to 2018, where the prospects are high, and the vegan burgers are so juicy, beef will temporarily be all but a distant memory.
Coming from the kitchen will be All Star Lanes’ new Spicy Nacho Burger. Stuffed with polenta and more guacamole than anyone can possibly handle, on a tangy, spiced yellow lentil and chickpea patty, it’s then topped with chargrilled courgettes and gooey nacho vegan ‘cheese’ sauce.
Alternatively tuck into the Texas Hummus which is Made with kidney bean hummus spiced with tahini and cumin, topped with mixed bean and sweetcorn salsa. It is a fiery fiesta, served up with homemade tortilla chips and hot sauce.
To finish off this vegan feast there’s a gorgeous Warm Apple Turnover to tickle the fancy of all those with a sweet tooth. Treat yourself to a homemade apple and salted caramel turnover, topped with a maple syrup and dark brown sugar glaze, and served with a generous scoop of sweet soy milk ice cream.
