An award-winning food company is recruiting 70 new members of staff in Stockport and Sharston at a recruitment fair this month, after announcing record sales.
The Authentic Food Co is a family-owned frozen food manufacturer that supplies ready meals and snacks to major supermarkets and thousands of restaurants across the UK and Europe.
The company has experienced rapid growth and its turnover has increased by 12% in the year to 31 May 2017. It was recently recognised as one of the UK’s fastest-growing private food and drinks companies in The Grocer’s annual Fast 50 survey.
To fulfil increased demand for its products, the business is recruiting for a range of Manchester-based positions including management roles, shift supervisors and quality auditors, as well as various production opportunities based in its Stockport and Sharston production facilities.
The recruitment day will take place between 7.30am – 6.30pm at Greater Manchester’s Wythenshawe Amateurs Football Club on Wednesday 22nd November. Applicants should bring their CV with them ahead of interviews.
