​On ​31st October from 12pm Manchester’s award winning newcomer, Impossible, is unveiling a new menu to accompany its growing collection of 80 gins.

The new dishes are nothing short of a foodie’s dream, embracing the upcoming season with a mix of international and home grown flavours for guests to enjoy through winter and into spring in the bar’s opulent £3m surroundings. 

New starters include braised slow cooked pork with fresh Bramley apple sauce and succulent honey and mustard glazed baby sausages. 

Whilst veggies can enjoy a delicious gooey baked Camembert with caramelised figs, port & red onion chutney or warming paprika spiced halloumi chips served with a beautiful harissa and rose petal yoghurt. 

Those looking to spice up their lives are dared to test the strength of their tastebuds and take on the challenge of the RIDICULOUSLY HOT the Suicide Wings!

Amongst the larger dishes, diners can try the mouth watering slow cooked lamb shank with camembert mash or the delicate fillet of seabass in a thai style noodle broth.  

Carnivores will not be able to look past the 8oz fillet steak cooked to order with slow roasted tomatoes and creamy peppercorn sauce and the Glamorgan burger served with Caerphilly cheese, sautéd leeks, braised balsamic lentils alongside the season’s most colourful offering, purple sweet potato fries.

The bar and restaurant will also be offering a top notch Christmas menu throughout December.  

Lunch will be available for £19.95 for 2 courses and £24.95 for 3 courses with dishes including chicken & ham hock ballotine, avocado panna cotta with vegetable salad (v); sirloin of beef and Madeira jus and breast of turkey with redcurrant jus. For dessert there is deconstructed pumpkin pie.

Dinner will be £37.50 for 3 courses with prime fillet of beef, foie gras, black truffle and Madeira jus and breast of goose, poached pear, micro herb salad & redcurrant jus added to the menu.
