Aidan Monks and Catherine Connor of Lovingly Artisan, Altrincham, are delighted to announce their second sourdough masterclass of 2025, taking place on Saturday, 01st November at 10.30am in support of Bounceback Food Community Kitchen.

Earlier this year, the Lovingly Artisan team raised an incredible £1,200 at their first masterclass of the year. This time, they’re hoping to double that total to help Bounceback reach its £5,000 fundraising goal, which will go towards establishing another Community Kitchen in Manchester.

If you can’t attend in person, you can still show your support; every donation helps, no matter the size. Even a few pennies or a pound or two can make a meaningful difference.

Bounceback launched its first Community Kitchen on Central Way in the summer of 2023. Since then, it has expanded its meal drive to support people experiencing homelessness across Manchester. Through its innovative “Buy One, Give One” lunch menu and regular fundraising events, Bounceback now delivers over 400 meals each week to fourteen partner food banks and sheltered accommodation sites across the city.

Join Aidan Monks and Catherine Connor at the Bounceback Food Community Kitchen on Saturday, 01st November, and enjoy a morning filled with insight, hands-on learning, and inspiration — perfect for bread makers and food lovers of all levels.
