Known for their sophisticated interior and fabulous food, Albatross & Arnold has announced its second tasting event with the multi-award-winning restaurant The Machine House.
After a very successful first event with Tapper Gin, Albatross & Arnold has partnered up with Kevin Lynn from The Machine House for a night of great food and wine.
Taking place on the 4th October, the tasting event is promised to be full of indulgence with the finest produce of The British Isles.
Guests can look forward to both Chefs’ signature dishes; Jon’s Cauliflower (as seen on Masterchef: The Professionals) and Kevin’s renowned Welsh Lamb along with other delicious dishes.
Head Chef Jonathan Green commented: “I’m really excited to be working with Kevin and The Machine House team. It is always an honour to work with a chef who I hold so much respect for and as Kevin and I share the same ethos, about using the best of local ingredients to elevate traditional British cuisine, this night is definitely one I have been looking forward to.”
The Machine House, who recently became the ‘Restaurant of The Year (Wales) by the AA Awards, was described by inspectors as: “Modern British cooking which is bang up to date, they dial the flavours up to 11 in lively, sharply executed dishes.”
