Every corner of the pub has been thoughtfully reimagined. From the stylishly restored bar complete with cocktail station to the plush, inviting seating and a rejuvenated dining room and outdoor alfresco dining, The Midland now offers the perfect backdrop for life’s memorable moments.
The Midland’s menu celebrates the best of British pub dining. Guests can enjoy a selection of dishes, including indulgent favourites such as Pan-Roasted Lamb Rump, Asparagus & Squash Orzo, and Tarragon-Battered Line-Caught Haddock with thick-cut chips.
For those seeking something special, the freshly chargrilled steaks are necessary – including the 7oz Fillet and 10oz Ribeye steak cooked to perfection and served with rustic thick cut chips, caramelised Roscoff onion, sautéed mushrooms, and parsley butter. Decadent desserts include Home-Baked Chocolate Brownie, Timperley Rhubarb & Apple Crumble, and the classic Tiramisu, offering the perfect sweet finale.
Guests can also enjoy the fixed-price Weeknight Escape menu Monday to Thursday, with two courses starting from £22.95. For those seeking lighter bites, the pub offers a set lunch menu Monday to Friday from 12pm-5pm with 2 courses starting from £21.95.
