Authentic Japanese noodle restaurant, Shoryu Ramen, has added to their range of DIY kits after the popularity of their ramen kits, with the signature Shoryu Buns available to order online now.

The DIY Bun Kit comes equipped with all of the ingredients to make their classic char siu bbq pork belly buns at home with each kit containing buns, char siu bbq pork belly, lettuce, cucumber, QP mayonnaise and spicy shoryu bun sauce.

Priced at £18 (excluding delivery), one kit contains four buns and enough fillings to feed two people per kit and comes with parchment paper making them easy to serve.

Become a Shoryu master with the signature buns taking only 5 easy steps to complete and 10 minutes to prepare and cook.

Available to order here, the kits include everything budding chefs need to make the group’s famous Shoryu Buns at home.

The kits are best enjoyed fresh and it’s recommended that the kit is cooked within one day of receiving the box.

For those wanting the full Japanese experience, Shoryu’s popular ramen kits are still available to order including their signature Ganso Ramen.

Each kit includes 12 hour tonkotsu soup, original ramen noodles, char siu BBQ pork belly, beni shoga red ginger, and spring onion and kikurage mushroom garnish to top the ramen. Included is a guide taking customers through each and every step, helping them to recreate the Shoryu restaurant experience at home.

A vegan option is also available with the kits including everything you need to make their signature White Natural vegan ramen at home including their unique tonyu vegan broth made with soy milk, miso, konbu & shiitake mushroom, original ramen noodles, atsuage fried tofu, spring onion, menma bamboo shoots and kikurage mushrooms.

To add to the at home experience, Shoryu also offers cocktails to get creative with, the pouches are delivered chilled in reusable pouches to save time making, for more time for drinking.

The alcoholic flavours include Mocha Saketini, Cedroni, Dirty Lychee, Tiki Passion and Yuzu Jasmine Tea.

For those looking for a low alcohol content cocktail or mocktails, Shoryu has you covered with the Matcha Detox mocktail and a low alcohol option, the Shochu Sour.

The buns are currently only available to order separately, but from March 1st the buns will be available to order alongside the ramen and cocktails as a combination order.
