Sci Zhen Xie aged 41of Lower Broughton Road, Salford has been charged with two counts of possession of a bladed article/pointed article in a public place and section 18 assault – wounding with intent.
A man in his 30s was found with slash wounds to his arm, hand and thigh at an address in the Rockley Gardens area of Salford on Tuesday afternoon He was taken to hospital for treatment.
Xie has been remanded into custody ahead of an appearance at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court today .
