Police have charged a 38 year old man with the murder of Liam Smith in Wigan last year
Michael Hillier of Ecclesall Road, Sheffield, has been remanded into custody and is due to appear at Tameside Magistrates today
Liam’s body was found on Kilburn Drive, Shevington, Wigan in November with shot gun wounds and had been subjected to an acid attack
