A 22 year old man from Newcastle has been charged with the murder of a 60 year old man outside the Printworks on Saturday evening.
Callum Crosbie ( of Coleridge Close, Newcastle, has been remanded in custody to appear at Manchester City Magistrates Court this morning .
The charge follows a disturbance involving a number of people on Dantzic Street near Printworks.
Around 10 people were reported to have been involved in a disturbance and a 60-year-old man, who was a passer-by at the time and not involved in the initial disturbance, was assaulted and died at the scene.
