Monday 8th July sees the acclaimed and highest restaurant in the city launch its unique Afternoon Tea menu available Monday to Thursday

Among the modern British menu at 20 Stories, which is based on top of the No1 Spinningfields building in the heart of Manchester’s business district, will be a selection of finger sandwiches, including Salmon & yuzu mayonnaise, Cucumber & cream cheese, Coronation chicken, Montgomery cheddar & gooseberry chutney and Egg mayonnaise.

There will also be an array of homemade signature cakes and desserts available that have taken inspiration from the Signature 20 Stories cocktails including a Little Italy Delice, Supernova Banana Cake, Sloe Love Macaron, 20 Stories Tea Cake and Chocolate Manchester Tart Mousse, all served alongside guests’ preferred choice of tea.

20 Stories Senior Sales and Marketing Manager Becky Wilkes said: “We can’t think of anything better than spending an afternoon with friends or family, with the best view in the city centre, accompanies by our classic Afternoon Tea to keep guests’ company.

“We have a varied selection of teas to match with any choice our guests care to make from our Afternoon Tea menu and we hope guests will enjoy the new addition as Spring turns into Summer.”

20 Stories Head Chef Brian Hughson said: “‘We have listened to the demand of our guests and we are very excited to launch Afternoon Tea. I am delighted to unveil a new concept at 20 Stories and introduce a traditional pastime into a high-end restaurant. We are looking forward to welcoming diners to enjoy it!’

20 Stories afternoon Tea costs £20 for a Traditional Afternoon Tea, £32 for a Champagne or Cocktail Afternoon Tea and £40 for a Cocktail Pairing Afternoon Tea per person.
