Manchester’s fast-growing Spatial Office Environments, who provide top quality interior solutions to a wide range of corporate and commercial clients, is celebrating rapid growth with a highly successful turnover of £1.2M in their first year, which grew to £1.7M in their second and are now on track to achieve an impressive £4M in 2016.  
Based on Clarence Street in Manchester City Centre and formed in 2014 by top furniture sales rep Paul Eatock, specialist CAD designer Elliott Pace, and building and construction expert, Phil Simmonds – Spatial Office Environments hit the ground running and made their mark in Manchester and across the UK. As a recent winner of a prestigious MIX Furniture Provider of the Year 2016 Award, their many Manchester clients include: Maniere De Voir, San Carlo, Street Cars, Portswigger, Norican Group and Car Finance 247.

Director of Sales, Paul Eatock, said: “From the offset, we wanted to be a forward-thinking company, believing that anything is possible. The business was founded in early 2014 by Phil Simmonds, Paul Eatock and Elliott Pace to provide essential, business class services in the office fit out market. As part of the Simmonds Group of companies, Phil brought with him over 30 years of construction experience to perfectly match the 20 plus years of office design and furnishings experience of both Elliott and Paul.
