A 46 year old Manchester woman has been charged with murder and arson over the death of a four year old girl who died in a house fire in last year
Carrin Wibier of Gateshead Close, Manchester, has been charged with murder and arson with intent to endanger life.
She has been remanded in custody before an appearance at Manchester Magistrates Court tomorrow
Lesma-Rose Wibier died in hospital from her injuries following a house fire in Rusholme last March
