Due to a positive case of Covid in the cast, unfortunately the Summer Shakespeare Festival has been postponed and canceled the first 7 planned performances, meaning that Much Ado About Nothing is now opening on Wednesday August 4th.
However, it’s not all bad news!
The actor is thankfully recovering well and the team are doing virtual rehearsals before getting back into a physical rehearsal room on the 26th July.
As well as this, two new companies, which are Impromptu Shakespeare and 2M Theatre Company, have been brought in to fill the Saturday and Sunday of the opening weekend.
