Two women have been charged with neglect and manslaughter over the death of two-year-old Masie Lomax-Newton in December 2021
Emma Lomax-Newton 29 , and Cindy Molyneux 51, have both been charged with neglect and manslaughter.
They have been bailed to appear at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court on June 7 2023
