The Refuge is launching an all-new weekend brunch menu to coincide with its fourth birthday, Saturday 19th September 2020; celebrating a beautiful evolution of four years of good food and great vibes.

The heroes of Sunday Lunch in the city, The Refuge has turned its talents to an
unrivalled brunch offering, making weekends even better. The dedicated weekend brunch menu is available every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00.

‘Brunchers’ can choose among a beautiful array of dishes, ranging from £7 to £8.50,to pair with healthy juices, warm drinks and cocktails.

Weekends at The Refuge offer a selection of delicious dishes to kickstart the day, choose from the likes of the Shawarma hash brunch – a slow-cooked lamb shoulder with poached free-range eggs and pickles or the Shakshuka, served with a free-range baked eggs, Kolios feta, parsley and grilled sourdough on the side to dip into a chorizo pepper tomato sauce.

Vegetarian options include the delicious Fattoush salad with tomato, cucumber, cauliflower, red onion, mint yoghurt, crispy flatbread, free-range poached eggs and sumac. Or opt for the vegan take on Scrambled eggs with the sizzling scrambled tofu akuri, topped with coriander chilli on a grilled sourdough.

The Refuge also offers its beloved roast platters on Sunday, should you choose to
stay all day.
