The region has been hit by a band of thunderstorms moving from the South West but they have only given a pre respite to the High temperatures and the region will once again be hit by intense hit today
Today’s forecast courtesy of Oldham weather says that thunderstorms clearing NE then a hot & humid day again.
Normally we get a storm and that’s the heat done, but not today.
Risk of some isolated thundery showers breaking out later on, especially towards the hills/Pennines. Slightly less warm overnight. Breezy at times.
