Thrive is back – and this May it is bigger and better than ever.

Thrive, organised by the MPA (Manchester Publicity Association), is a unique and powerful day full of keynote speakers, workshops, breakout sessions and much more.

Thrive is designed for business owners, individuals, managers and team leaders of Greater Manchester’s Media, Digital and Creative industry. Thrive is for anyone looking for inspiring ways to help their business grow and practical ways to motivate their people in the process.

This year, the MPA has brought together a world-class line up of entrepreneurs, business leaders and health and well-being experts all with a common goal; to help businesses and their people Thrive.

The event is being staged at INNSIDE Manchester on Thursday May 23 and features a Who’s Who of speakers, panellists and experts.

Hosted by Liane Grimshaw, MD of Supareal, Andy Johnson, MD of Andy Johnson Media and Christian James, Chair of the MPA and MD of the IF agency, this year’s Thrive event features talks by a host of acclaimed experts including Nikki Gatenby, MD and Owner of Propellernet, Martin Murphy, International Coach at Elite Leadership Global and Claire Sanderson, Editor of Women’s Health Magazine.

Thrive is organised by the MPA, the leading not-for-profit association that represents the entire Media, Digital and Creative community in Greater Manchester.  The MPA’s vision is for Manchester to be recognised as the best place on the planet to work in this sector.

MPA Chair Christian James said: “This year’s Thrive really will be absolutely first class in every sense. We’re so excited by the stellar line up of speakers, panellists and experts on show, many for the first time in Manchester.

“Are you looking for growth – personal, commercial, both? Are you looking to bring your whole self to work? Are you looking to motivate your team so that they can do the best work of their lives? Or maybe develop a culture of profitability within the business? Then Thrive is definitely the event you are looking for and will address these challenges in one unique day. It’s an event not to be missed for anyone working in the region’s Media, Digital or Creative sector or for business leaders from the wider community.”

Thrive delegates can kick start their day by booking into one of the Wellbeing Workshops – each offering personal guidance on topics such as Nutrition, Meditation and Pilates – before a light breakfast and then inspiring sessions through to lunch and beyond.  There will also be drop in clinics to explore business incentives and support services such as personal or team healthcare plans from Nugent Santé.

Then there’s a full day of sessions, talks, and experts, with the focus this year on both personal and business growth with the key ingredients being culture, resilience, motivation and focus.
