From Thursday 3rd December until 6th January The Ivy will be serving limited edition Christmas inspired cocktails.

Combining the flavours of Christmas that you’d expect but with a twist, the six new additions to the menu will be available for limited time to celebrate the festivities.

The Gingerbread Manhattan consists of Makers Mark Bourbon stirred with Lillet Blanc and Lillet Rouge and a gingerbread spice syrup.

For those who like their cocktails dessert style, indulge in a Truffled Flip – a ‘Tiramisu’ cocktail with a Courvoisier VSOP Cognac and Pedro Ximenez Sherry base, egg white and Tiramisu syrup and cream shaken and finished with cocoa powder and a salted caramel chocolate truffle.

For something more traditional opt for a warming, spice infused Cognac Mulled Wine – a hot blend of red white, Courvoisier VSOP Cognac, winter spices, cinnamon and orange.

For a Japanese take on a Christmas cocktail try the Tokyo Snow – winter spices shaken with Haku Japanese Vodka and cranberry juice or the Winter Kiss – Haku Japanese Vodka, Peach Liqueur, Fino Sherry and cranberry syrup finished with Fever-Tree Soda Water & Prosecco.

The Nashi Bellini is a simple delight – Roku Japanese Gin, pear purée and cinnamon spice topped with Prosecco.
