The Dakota Grill, situated in the brand-new luxury boutique hotel, Dakota Manchester, has unveiled its menu of simple, yet beautiful, signature dishes inspired by the seasons.

The Dakota Grill is a stylish 120-seat restaurant, 74-seat bar also offering a champagne lounge and a cigar garden and is set on the ground floor of the hotel, just a three-minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station.

Under the direction of Head Chef Sam Karle, the brasserie-style Dakota Grill delivers impeccable service with a menu showcasing quality, seasonal produce at its best.

Featuring dishes that stand out such as the lamb loin served with gnocchi and a curry emulsion, finished out with lovely cashew nuts for texture. As well as corn-fed chicken accompanied by chicken liver, peas and a truffle ballotine. Both dishes presented to the highest possible standard.

Sweet treats including a delightful caramel pannacotta paired with crunchy honeycomb and hazelnuts and vanilla cheesecake with some refreshing strawberry sorbet.

From seafood dishes to prime cuts of grass-fed 35-day aged beef, to a dedicated cheese trollet sourced from daries in Lancashire and Cumbria and a dedicated vegitarian menu, The Grill caters for everyone.
