From Friday 1st June, Hilton Manchester Deansgate will create a summer heaven up in the sky, complete with a grass wall of Champagne, a countdown clock to exclusive deals, and a fresh new summer menu.
Indulge on a premium Les Trois Bulles. The flight of three Jacquart Champagne cocktails bring a burst of flavour to the pallet. Each cocktail is paired with a delicious macaroon and costs £20.
Choose from fruity raspberry, blueberry, blackcurrant and star anise paired with a dainty lemon macaroon, a fresh green cocktail made with avocado, samphire and Frangelico with a pistachio macaroon, or a refreshing melon, mango, orange and elderflower drink with a chocolate macaroon.
The new celebration menu also includes the afternoon tea of gods. Sponsored by Jacquart, Alpha Tea costs £65 and it starts with a signature champagne cocktail followed by a glass of Jacquart Alpha.
The food menu has been carefully designed to match this cuvée and will include a selection of savoury and sweet, from a millionaire’s chocolate mousse, to fillet of beef tartar on crispy bread finger sandwich. All served on a bespoke floor standing afternoon tea stand, the exclusive, premium menu transforms any occasion into a memorable celebration.
Exciting drinks offers will also be revealed following sensational wins throughout the summer, and will be announced by a special clock in the bar.
