Social Chain – Europe’s fastest growing social media marketing agency – is hosting a food festival with one of its most followed social channels, @love_food, in the heart of Manchester, at Social Chain HQ.

Founded in the City, by Steve Bartlett and Dom McGregor, Social Chain has achieved global recognition by working with some of the largest brands in the world, such as Spotify, BBC, Puma and Universal Pictures. The agency aims to bring exposure of the region’s best local food and drink vendors to it’s huge global audience. The event will be live streamed across a selection of Social Chain’s channels, including Love Food – making this the first event of it’s kind to do this.

Love Food, followed by 6.8 million people on Instagram and 1.5 million people on Facebook, is a social media page dedicated to the most foods. Often sharing and re-posting from other foodie accounts, Love Food supports café’s, restaurants, food bloggers and food industry heavyweights from all over the world – sharing the most mouth watering dishes to its millions of followers.

As well as food and drink, there will be theatrical cocktail making and live demonstrations from Manchester’s culinary heroes, followed by epic food displays, dancers, a live band and DJ, a magician and more. Guests attending will include food and hospitality brands and companies, bloggers, influential business leaders from across the UK and some special guests.
