SciTech Extravaganza, the trailblazing family science and tech event, has revealed its full programme of activities ahead of its return to Alderley Park on the 20th September.
Building on the success of last year’s event, SciTech Extravaganza 2025 offers an exciting array of workshops, shows and entertainment for all ages, designed to inspire young minds, spark curiosity and encourage engagement with stem-related learning.
At the centre of the action will be a mobile planetarium from Jodrell Bank. Visitors are invited to sit under the stars and enjoy a tour of the night sky as they learn about constellations and myths of the northern sky and discover the planets and objects visible in the coming weeks. The session will take place every hour, starting at 10:15am – book your spot when you get your ticket.
Kath Mackay, Chief Scientific Officer for Bruntwood SciTech said:

It’s a unique opportunity to showcase it at its very best, and nurture curiosity and innovation in STEM related fields. We look forward to welcoming families back for another unforgettable day, and to help inspire a new generation of scientists, mathematicians and engineers.”
