Plans have been revealed for 160 homes to be built in Hazel Grove
The proposal by Taylor Wimpey is on land south of Jacksons Lane include a variety of new homes ranging from one- to five-bedroom homes with 50% designated to affordable housing
There are also plans for the creation of new public open space, including new recreational spaces and play areas with footpath connections to Happy Valley Nature Reserve.
The plans are currently up for consultation with an exhibition bdingyheld at Brookdale Club and Theatre, Bridge Ln, Bramhall, Stockport SK7 3AB between 3pm and 7pm
The consultation period ends at midnight on Thursday 31st July 2025 and all feedback received will shape the planning application, which is intended to be submitted to Stockport Council at the end of summer 2025.
