A 77-year-old woman, is currently in hospital with serious and potentially life-changing injuries after being hit by a truck in Bury yesterday afternoon
The incident happened around 1.00pm when the collision occurred between a Renault truck and a pedestrian between Walmersley Road and Birch Street.
Police are now appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.
They are also keen to speak to anyone who may have any CCTV footage, including dashcam, mobile phone footage from the area in the moments leading up to the collision.
