There’s a unique terrace series coming to the Manchester Arches this summer, bringing together a range of music collectives. Hosted by Partial at ABC Taproom, it’s the first event of its kind for this venue with some amazing global DJs performing.

With three different shows planned for the space, each will showcase local music talent, alongside quality DJs from around the world – playing throughout the day and into the night.

The first event is set for Saturday 14th May, with Berlin/based Giammarco Orsini headlining, a DJ with a wealth of experience, who has been heating up booths across Europe from Club der Visionaere to VBX and beyond. Not to mention boasting a catalogue of top quality releases across notable labels including Heko Records and Partisan.

Providing stellar support for the headline act will be two collectives – Liverpool’s Zuku and Manchester-based OneForty, who have both been making waves in the North West, playing at some of the best venues as well as hosting events of their own. Partial’s very own DJs including Harry James will also be playing.

As if the line-up wasn’t enough, Partial will be the first to host a party on the terrace at ABC Taproom, a quirky venue providing an eclectic mix of craft ales and beers on the day, to accompany the summer sun and top tier tunes.

Partial was founded on the basis of simplicity, stripping things back and focusing on the music and the atmosphere for music lovers and party goers. Speaking on the upcoming terrace series, Harry James from Partial said, “We’re really excited to be hosting the events at ABC Taproom, it’s a cool venue right by Mayfield Depot. Together we’re really pleased to be celebrating all things Manchester – whilst hosting global music talent to mix things up.

We’ve been hosting parties in Manchester for a good few years now and we like them to be inclusive, so we’re offering low ticket prices so that all are welcome. Expect good tunes, good people and hopefully a bit of sunshine.”

Limited tickets are still available for the first instalment here, with the next two events planned for Saturday 16th July (S.A.M will headline) and Saturday 17th September (with Huerta and Junki Inoue).
