Side Street, Manchester’s creative day-to-night bar, kitchen and event space, is taking over its trio of curated spaces this New Year’s Eve, with Good Custard DJs – the local party collective and record label known for showcasing some of the city’s finest selectors – delivering a confetti-filled midnight countdown to remember.
The party kicks off at 8pm and runs across all three of Side Street’s connected spaces – Side Store, Side Bar and Side Space – each with its own curated soundtrack. Guests can move between rooms to enjoy different vibes and sets, from funky grooves and disco classics to house and dancefloor anthems, while premium cocktails keep flowing and the energy carries on well into the early hours.
A glass of prosecco on arrival is included with every ticket. Early Bird tickets are priced at £15 and General Admission £25, both available now from this link. Walk-ins will be welcomed with on the door tickets priced £10 after midnight, subject to capacity. To guarantee entry for the midnight countdown and prime dancefloor spots, guests are encouraged to book early.
As the clock strikes twelve, expect a spectacular confetti-filled celebration across all three spaces. Guests can enjoy Side Street’s curated cocktail menu all evening, featuring bright and zesty French 75s, elevated Pornstar Martinis, refined Margaritas, and Side Street twists on classics like the Espresso Martini – all pouring ‘til 3am.
Festive drinks specials will also feature for New Year’s Eve, giving the menu an end-of-year glow-up – with the Christmas Cosmo (Absolut Vanilla, Cointreau, allspice, cranberry and lime), the Irish Night (Jameson Black Barrel, cacao blanc, mint, cream and chocolate), and the Cherry Tree (peppermint gin, pink kirschwasser, lemon and cream soda), adding a seasonal edge to the celebrations.
With the party running until 3am across all three spaces, it promises to be one of Manchester’s standout New Year’s Eve celebrations.
