Contemporary Japanese restaurant and bar MUSU has introduced a new Wine & Sushi
experience perfect for the summer months.

Located on Bridge Street in Manchester, MUSU serves a range of menus, from a
signature Kaiseki tasting menu experience, to its a la carte Sentaku menu, a set lunch Subayai menu, and sushi at the Omakase counter.

Produce and ingredients for MUSU are sourced only from premium suppliers, with A4 grade
Wagyu beef, kombu, high grade traditional soy sauce from Japan, Skye langoustines, salt-
aged free-range duck, and Wiltshire truffles from the UK.

Available during the daytime and at night between Wednesday evening to Saturday evening, the new Sushi & Wine experience is £35 per person.

Guests can enjoy three meticulously selected glasses of wine with exquisite variations of perfectly prepared sushi, including a sashimi course, beautiful nigiri and delicate hosomaki rolls, it’s the perfect combination for socialising or unwinding this summer.
