A Festive Menu Crafted for Celebration
Motley’s Christmas menu wraps classic flavours with a modern twist – making it the perfect treat for food lovers. The menu has been crafted for celebration, kicking off with indulgent starters, including Baked Camembert and Venison Tartare. A traditional turkey dinner with all the trimmings has been elevated with a sausage stuffing made in Manchester, and for fish lovers there is a stunning seabass & trout paupiette which is rolled in dill-garlic butter. Finally no Christmas menu would be complete without a stockingful of desserts, including a luxurious Sticky Toffee Pudding with honeycomb ice cream, and a Rum & Raisin Torte with festive ice cream, or have yourself a merry little brie-mas with a carefully curated regional cheeseboard.

And Motley has decked the halls and the bar with drinks packages to get glasses clinking. What: Guests can exchange their unwanted gift from the 2025 festive season, for one of Motley’s festive cocktails. They can either bring in the gift to physically exchange or can confess it in secret to the bartender.
