Manchester Super Giants have today announced that every supporter who buys a ticket for a home fixture in The Hundred at Emirates Old Trafford this summer will receive a complimentary Manchester Super Giants shirt.
The giveaway – believed to be a first in UK sport – applies to all general admission and hospitality tickets purchased for any of the Super Giants’ home double-headers during The Hundred in 2026.
Manchester Super Giants’ first home fixture takes place on Sunday 26 July against Birmingham Phoenix. Shirts will be available for supporters to collect at the venue on each match day.
The initiative forms part of a broader drive by the Super Giants, who enter the 2026 season under new ownership from the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group and Lancashire Cricket, as the franchise begins a new chapter under the Super Giants identity.
Justin Langer, Men’s Head Coach, believes the atmosphere at Emirates Old Trafford can play a key role throughout the competition: “Emirates Old Trafford is one of the great cricket grounds and we want it buzzing this summer.
“The support we get from the stands can make a huge difference. It will be brilliant to see the ground full of people wearing the Super Giants shirt and getting behind both teams throughout the tournament.”
Women’s Head Coach, Matthew Mott, echoed those sentiments as anticipation builds ahead of the competition: “We’re really looking forward to The Hundred this summer and we’ve got a squad that we believe can compete strongly and make our fans proud.
“Playing in front of strong home crowds gives the players a real lift. We hope the shirt giveaway helps bring even more people through the gates and gives supporters a chance to feel part of the Super Giants experience from our first game.”
