The We Love MCR charity is offering free run places and a VIP benefits package for the Great Manchester Run – meaning would-be fundraisers still have a chance to take part with only three months to go before the event.
The AJ Bell Great Manchester Run returns to the city on Sunday 26 May, for its 21st outing on the city’s roads.
Most avid runners will have already signed up when this year’s event was announced, but if runners didn’t get round to applying – or were put off by the entry fee – there is still an opportunity to get involved and raise money for some fantastic causes.
The We Love MCR charity will return to the event for the third instalment of the “Great Manchester Run VIP experience” – in collaboration with Manchester Active. We Love MCR are offering free places for the 10k and half-marathon alongside space in Manchester Town Hall’s Extension building – making the event hassle-free by providing secure storage and toilet facilities pre and post-run.
