Marvin Sutton aged 35 of no fixed abode has been charged with the murder of Christopher Hanley in Beswick on Saturday
He has been remanded into custody ahead of an appearance at Tameside Magistrates today .
A 43-year-old man remains on bail on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Detectives are continuing to investigate the incident from the morning of Saturday 16 March when reports were received of an unresponsive male on Olympic Street in Manchester.
