Another 19,400 sq ft of space has been let at Redrock Stockport as Loungers and The Gym Group add their names to the growing line up.

The additions mean that South Manchester’s newest leisure destination is now 90% let, with tenants reporting that initial trading figures are significantly exceeding forecasts.

Tenants in the new £45 million leisure development have been thrilled with visitor numbers from day one with anchor tenant The Light Cinema calling this their “most successful opening to date”.

Loungers have already begun fitting out their new Berretto Lounge ahead of opening on 24th January.  Occupying a 4,400 sq ft unit that overlooks the public square linking Redrock with Stockport’s main retail centre, which attracts over 10 million shoppers each year, Loungers popular casual dining and bar concept will expand the food offering at Redrock even further. 

The Gym Group have also signed up to take a double unit totalling 15,000 sq ft of space at Redrock. The Gym Group, is a fast growing, leading provider of high quality, 24 hour, low cost gyms with 95 gyms in major towns and cities nationwide.  Their presence at Redrock will build the leisure element of the development even further bringing visitors to the scheme throughout the day and evening.  The Gym Group have also just begun their fit out work and are due to open over the coming weeks.

The Gym Group and Loungers have added their names to the growing line up at Redrock which includes The Light Cinema, PizzaExpress, Zizzi, Mangobean Coffee and Gourmet Burger Kitchen.
