Inspired by the vast collection of archives, artefacts and stories told at the national museum of democracy, People’s History Museum’s (PHM) shop is a treasure in its own right.

Books, posters, artwork, cards, children’s activities, toys, jewellery, t-shirts, stationery and pocket money friendly fun products are just some of the things to choose from, with lots of ideas to inject some original thinking into Christmas giving.

The shop represents a specially curated collection, carefully researched and brought together by PHM Shop Manager Amber Greenall-Heffernan, featuring lots of independent companies, local products and bespoke designs.

To enable customers to benefit from this expertise, PHM is offering a personal gift matching service for Christmas 2020.  Whether you are looking for something for someone with a passion for politics; have a sister who is suffragette obsessed; or want to inspire a little one with a radical tale, PHM’s personalised service will come to your aid, whatever your budget.

“Our focus is on making Christmas giving as creative and inspiring as possible and the PHM shop team are here to help make this happen.  We take a lot ofcare in putting ideas together and love the challenge of those difficult to buy for people! Any purchases made not only support the museum, but also the brilliant independent businesses whose products we stock.”
