The Labour candidate was pushed into third place by Reform in the Woodhouse Park Council by-election yesterday in what will be seen by the party as a worrying trend ahead of next May’s Council elections
The Greens held the seat with 43 per cent of the vote with Zoe Marlow elected to the council but the Labour candidate Roger Beattie was pushed into third place by Reform receiving 20 per cent of the vote against 29 per cent for Reform’s Jonathan Hendren
