H&M has been fully refit on Market Street. The store will also now offer a new, fresh interior look and feel for the brand, including the much-awaited introduction of H&M HOME. The new store, featuring both H&M and H&M HOME, will open November 17th at 10am.
The Market Street store has continued to trade during most of its refurbishment, trialling H&M’s fist Keep The Presence concept. This concept saw a brand-new, temporary store fit out created at the front of the store since Summer, first offering a capsule collection of womenswear, and earlier in Autumn, an H&M HOME showroom. This enabled customers to shop the latest fashion and interior styles and access our click and collect service throughout the rebuild.
Opening on November 17th, the store will feature new services including click & collect lockers and self-checkouts, as well as being the second H&M HOME offering in Manchester. Customers visiting will notice a new, welcoming interior, a relaxed environment, and products will be displayed in a curated and inspirational way.

The first 100 customers in the queue on Friday, November 17th will be offered a complimentary gift-with-purchase, and visitors can experience exclusive launch day in-store activations. On November 17th only, H&M Members will get 20% off their purchase in-store.
