DEMAND is high for a stunning development of family homes at PH Homes’ exclusive Hayescroft development – with almost three quarters of the homes sold off plan.

This spectacular collection of 17 detached and semi-detached homes, with prices from £875,000, is the latest scheme being developed by the celebrated Cheadle-based housebuilder.

Located off Palatine Road at the end of a long private drive the homes at Hayescroft are situated in eight-acres of private grounds part of which is a designated site of special biological importance.

The five and six bedroom homes have been inspired by the past and the architecture has taken its style from the grand Victorian villas that characterise the village of Didsbury.

The homes are named after famous Mancunians from the world of art, sport, science and politics – including The Lowry, The Chetham and The Dalton.

Dr Gurpreet Badesha and his wife are one of the first to reserve a plot at Hayescroft. They are moving to Didsbury from an apartment in Manchester city centre.

Dr Badesha said: “We decided to purchase a house at Hayescroft as we wanted to live in Didsbury in a detached family house with its own private garden and garage.

“After looking for a house in Didsbury for more than 12 months, we came across the plans for the Hayescroft development. We immediately knew that this is where we wanted to live, in a development which is surrounded by numerous acres of private grounds.”

Philip Hughes, Managing Director of PH Homes, said: “Hayescroft is proving to be extremely popular with people looking for a larger sized family home in Didsbury. The village is extremely popular and Hayescroft provides a unique opportunity to purchase a home in a beautiful setting close to the heart of this vibrant village.

“It’s our goal to build homes that are not just beautiful to look at and built to exceptional standards but are safe, secure, economical to run, kind to the environment and flexible enough to cope with the changing needs of family life.”

Hayescroft is being built to the highest standards and has achieved Sustainable Homes Code 4 status, full accreditation to Secure by Design and is compliant with guidelines set out in the Lifetime Homes initiative.

The first residents are set to move into their new homes this month and construction is due to complete in March 2017.

The remaining 7 houses are being marketed by Gasgoine Halman. For more information visit www.phph.co.uk .
