CUPRA City Garage has rapidly made itself at home here in Manchester, with its summer-long series of culture powered events bringing a bit of something for everyone – from parties, panels to wellness sessions. This week is no different, we’ve got a variety of happenings including:
Formula E Showcase – all week
CUPRA showcases its most electrifying machine yet: the Gen3 Evo Formula E race car, live at CUPRA City Garage Manchester for one week only.
The showcase brings Formula E to the heart of Manchester, offering fans a rare opportunity to get up close with the CUPRA KIRO Gen3 Evo, the most advanced electric race car on the planet. Visitors can explore the car’s radical design and high-voltage performance, alongside live screenings of behind-the-scenes content from CUPRA KIRO drivers Dan Ticktum and David Beckmann.
The K’s pop-up store – Thursday 31st July
The K’s will take over CUPRA City Garage on Thursday 31st July from 11am until 11pm to host an exclusive 12-hour pop-up store in Manchester city centre.
The band’s new album ‘Pretty On The Internet‘ (released 25th July) is tipped to take the hotly contested UK No1 album spot on Friday 1st August just as the Earlestown 4-piece take to the main stage at this year’s Kendal Calling Festival.
CUPRA City Garage will be hosting the band for their final day of album sales and fan meet and greets, where fans can purchase a special edition CUPRA Garage commemorative ‘Black label’ edition Vinyl, CD & T-Shirt, as well as a chance to sample CUPRA’s own ‘Pretty On The Internet’ cocktail.
This is an open access no ticket event, on a first come first served basis, that will be open for walk-through throughout the 12-hour period and will be restricted to venue capacity regulations.
