The former Sale Police Station and the town’s Masonic Hall are to be revamped to provide 20 apartments and 10 houses.

The scheme passed by Trafford Council Will see the former police station refurbished while the Masonic Hall,built in the 1880’s will be demolished

The plans by SouthWay housing trust were a second attempt to get the proposals through and a number of residents complained about the original proposals having inadequate parking and concerns about the height
