Forbes Solicitors has announced its move to 1 Balloon Street in Manchester to support its growth ambitions. The new space will provide a base for Forbes Solicitors’ 26-strong Manchester team.

The Balloon Street office is furnished with phone booths, generous communal space, and unlimited barista-quality coffee, as well as having a large roof terrace, showers and bike storage for employees.

The firm has been based in Church House on Deansgate since 2005. This announcement comes on the back of news the firm has agreed a ten-year lease for four floors at Gordon House in Preston, expanding its space from 8,000 sq ft to 32,000 sq ft to accommodate around 200 of the firm’s team.
