Plans have been revealed for the building of over 500 residential apartments, an onsite gymnasium and underground parking for residents as part of the Adelphi Wharf £76million riverside regeneration project in Salford.

Work is set to begin in April on 580 apartments in total, with the developers, Knight Knox, promising luxurious 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments, plus a range of boutique studios and contemporary townhouses.

The scheme forms part of the Salford Central Regeneration Project, centred around the historic Chapel Street area.

Sales director at Knight Knox, Martin Copeland, said: “2015 is set to be a very exciting year for Salford, due to significant investment into the city’s regeneration.

“We’re thrilled to be providing the area with high quality residential property and valuable investment opportunities, whilst boosting our portfolio with such a distinctive scheme.”
