The driver of an overturned vehicle is in a critical condition and has been taken to Salford Royal Hospital for treatment after an incident on the M60 early this morning
Police say his car collided with another vehicle on the M60 motorway at around 5.41am, which resulted in the vehicle overturning.
Junction 24 to 25 anticlockwise remains closed and drivers are urged to avoid this area
Police are appealing for any witnesses, or anyone who may have dashcam footage of the incident to come forward and help their enquiries.
