Ian Huntley, who murdered two 10-year-old girls in Soham in 2002, has died in hospital after being attacked in prison last week
The 52 died after being taken off life support following a prison attack which had reportedly left him unrecognisable and blind
Following the attack Ian Huntley’s daughter said she was glad’ her Soham killer father was savagely beaten and says ‘there is a special place in hell waiting for him’
In a case that shocked the nation two 10-year-old girls, Holly Marie Wells and Jessica Amiee Chapman were murdered by Huntleyon August 4, 2002.
Huntley was eventually sentenced to a minimum of 40yrs.
