Police are appealing for the owners of a pockey watch and bracelet to come forward.

The items were recovered from the house of a 32 year old man who was arrested by police following a burglary at a pub on Market Street in Droylsden earlier this month.

Officers attended and a 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary.

Officers are appealing for the owners of this property to come forward so that it can be returned to them.

PC Vicky New, of GMP’s Tameside district, said: “The pocket watch in particular is very unique so we believe that it could hold great sentimental value to someone who is missing it and are keen for it to be returned to its rightful owner.”
