Belvedere Vodka has been defined by Polish rye and superior natural ingredients since its inception and, as the original luxury vodka, Belvedere is paying homage to the iconic cocktail, the Espresso Martini, in Manchester this October, as Café Belvedere opens its doors from Tuesday 2nd October until Sunday 14th October at Artisan in Spinningfields, offering a full coffee cocktail menu.

In celebration of the city, the café will be launched by Manchester born Joe Schofield, who returns to the city after being crowned International Bartender of the Year and his brother Daniel, also a much-lauded bartender, who will be curating a bespoke menu inspired by local and global coffee culture. The team will create an extensive menu that offers the chance for vodka and coffee fans to try the Schofield’s world-famous drinks before the brothers open their first bar in Manchester early next year.

Opening its doors, Cafe Belvedere will be a premium, industrial style coffee shop on the lower ground floor of Artisan – a coffee shop with a difference during the day and a premium cocktail bar by night. It will have the ultimate coffee and cocktail menu during the two-week opening.

The perfect social spot for evening or day drop ins, Belvedere will be bringing the Belvedere Espress to Manchester for the first time at Café Belvedere. Serving in a vintage style syphon into espresso cups, it’s the perfect drink to savour with six friends as a quick pick-me-up.

Alternatively, drinkers can choose from cocktails curated by Joe and Daniel Schofield, with a new twist on classic coffee cocktails, inspired by their experiences at some of London’s top bars including The Savoy’s American Bar, London’s Coupette and Singapore’s The Tipping Club, and giving a subtle nod to Belvedere’s Polish roots. Belvedere Vodka will also be collaborating with Mr Black on this new café concept, using their award-winning liqueur in cocktails throughout the menu.

Created in 1993, Belvedere Vodka was the first to generate a new standard for excellence in the vodka category and established the luxury vodka category. Today, Belvedere’s distinctive character and uncompromising integrity are recognized internationally by discriminating vodka enthusiasts who appreciate its all-natural, additive free character. Crafted using Polish Dankowskie Rye and blended with water from its own local pristine source, Belvedere’s taste profile is distinctively soft with a subtle sweetness and smooth, clean finish.

Belvedere Vodka is the recipient of many accolades including the 2017 ‘ISC Vodka Producer Of The Year’ for the third time, as well as being presented with a gold medal in sustainability at the International CSR Excellence Awards.
